On the 17th October 2006 I’ll be holding the charity auction "Artists for Moon Bears" in Freiburg/Germany for the 4th time. All proceeds will go to Animals Asia Foundation to rescue bears imprisoned in a horrifying captivity for their bile.

To get maximum support for the auction, we have placed the catalogue on the internet, so that all those interested in the objects d'art can have a chance to bid. Just browse through the items at your leisure. Take your time, have a good look at the works of art presented and should an item appeal to you, click onto the button "Place bid". There you can enter your name, address and the amount. Submit the bid and you'll receive an email as confirmation. Of course you'd be interested in keeping track of the bidding, so log onto the catalogue regularly to see the highest bid posted. And if you’d like to overbid the current one, please feel free to do so. After all it’s for the bears.

After bidding successfully for an object on the 17th October, you will receive an invoice for the amount plus mailing charges. Once the invoice is paid, the object will be sent to you.

Internet bidding will close at 8.00 p.m. (20.00 hrs, Central European Time) on 16th October 2006.
